Who we work with

Six kindsof partner

Companies whose staff travel here

Your people stay the night in Klaipėda or Palanga for work. We agree one price that stays the same, or a set amount off every booking. Breakfast is included and the stays earn loyalty points.

Sports clubs, schools and youth groups

A camp, a training week, a tournament. One price per person, and we can arrange all the meals at every house. We hold the rooms while your numbers firm up, and outside summer we are much cheaper.

Companies on the coast with visitors

Suppliers, customers, auditors, colleagues from head office. You send the dates, we book the room, and we invoice you — nobody arrives holding a receipt to claim back.

Congresses and event organisers

Rooms for the whole group at one price, and the meals arranged. To be clear about what we are: we offer the rooms and the food, not a hall.

Travel agencies and operators

A price below the one guests pay, so your own margin goes on top. One contact for all four houses — if one is full on your dates, another may be free.

Public sector

Prices in writing for a whole year: one fixed price per room, or a set amount off the price on the day. We invoice the institution, so nobody pays with a personal card.

The agreement

Two shapes,and you pick one

A fixed price

One rate per room type that does not move for the length of the agreement, whatever the season does. Easiest to budget against.

A fixed amount off

You pay our price on the day, less an agreed amount. Better value out of season, and it never goes above the rate a guest would find.

Either way: breakfast is included, we invoice the company on our terms rather than taking a card at the desk, and every stay earns points on the guest's own account. What the agreement is worth is a conversation, not a number on a web page — it depends on how many nights a year you actually bring. Tell us roughly, and we will put a figure in writing.

How it works

From an emailto an invoice

01

You tell us roughly what you need

How many nights a year, or how many people and when. A guess is enough to start.

02

We put a price in writing

One document covering all four houses, so you are not negotiating four times.

03

You book by email

You send the dates and we hold the rooms. Whether your own staff can book at the agreed price without going through you is a thing we can build — say if you want it.

04

We invoice you

Monthly or per stay, on your terms. Nobody pays with a personal card and claims it back.

Being straight about it

What wedon't do

We are not a conference venue

We have rooms and we have food. If you need a hall for two hundred people, we are not it, and we will tell you that on the phone rather than after you have signed.

We don't quote a percentage on a web page

What we can do depends on the season and the volume. A number printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

We won't hold rooms indefinitely

For a group we will hold while your numbers firm up, and we will tell you the date that stops being true.
