Create an account and the points start with your next stay
It is not the discount. The discount is the 12% you save by booking here rather than through an agency. It is not fast. The return is small — but it never lapses, so it keeps adding up until you want it. It is not automatic if you are signed out. Points are earned on bookings made while signed in — or claimed onto the account afterwards. If a stay is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it are reversed. Points are earned once a booking is paid, and only if you were signed in when you made it. The balance is shared across all three hotels — where you earned is recorded, but it never limits where you spend. If a stay is cancelled or refunded, that stay's points are reversed.
